All items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives broken or damaged, we will work with you to provide a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

To process a replacement, we require:

  1. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) emailed to hello@coolcrayations.com..
  2. Approval of the photos by our team.

Once approved, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you. Replacements will be processed as quickly as possible, typically within 5 business days.
